Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat 10 GEL per order. Orders with a subtotal of 200 GEL or more are delivered free of charge.

The charge that applies to your order is always shown in your cart and again at checkout, and is included in the total before you pay. There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

We deliver within Georgia. If you would like a piece sent somewhere else, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can arrange it and what it would cost.

Each piece is prepared and checked by hand before it leaves us. We confirm the delivery date and time window with you directly by phone or WhatsApp using the number you give at checkout, so please make sure it is correct and reachable.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or a commission needs longer, we will tell you when you order rather than let the date slip quietly.

• Please check the package in the presence of the courier where possible.
• Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are handed to you or to somebody you nominated at the delivery address.
• If nobody is available at the agreed time, the courier will contact you to arrange another attempt.
• If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.

If delivery cannot be completed because the address or phone number was incorrect, or because nobody accepted the parcel after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
