Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind, or something arrived not quite right? Here is exactly where you stand and what to do.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Your 14 day right to withdraw

Because you are buying at a distance, Georgian law gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominated, physically received the goods.

You do not need to justify your decision. You only need to tell us within those 14 days that you are withdrawing.

2. When this right does not apply

The law sets out limited exceptions. The one most likely to affect a jewelry order is that the right to withdraw does not apply to goods made to your own specifications or that are clearly personalised, for example a bespoke commission, a resized piece made to your measurement, or an engraved item.

If you order something in this category, we will tell you before you confirm the order that the 14 day withdrawal right will not apply to it.

3. How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and tell us you are withdrawing:

We will confirm the return address and answer any question about packing the piece safely.

4. Sending the piece back

Once you have told us you are withdrawing, please return the goods to us within 7 calendar days. Send the piece back in a condition that allows resale: unworn, undamaged, and with any box, pouch, and certificate it arrived with.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and we recommend a tracked or insured service. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling the piece beyond what is necessary to check its nature and characteristics.

5. How and when you are refunded

We refund you within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fee for the refund itself.

If you paid in a currency other than Georgian Lari, our payment provider processes the refund at the exchange rate that applied at the time of your purchase.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

Your right to a remedy for a faulty item is separate from, and in addition to, the 14 day withdrawal right described above. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you notice and send a photograph if you can.

Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, and you will not pay return costs for an item that was faulty or sent in error.

Please note that small variations in polish, stone tone, and grain are a normal characteristic of handmade jewelry rather than a fault.

7. If you are not satisfied

Contact us first and we will try to resolve the matter directly. Consumers in Georgia may also raise a complaint with the Georgian National Competition Agency, which enforces consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
