When you place an order we collect:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your delivery address.
• The items, quantities, and totals in your order.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email, or phone, we also hold whatever you choose to tell us in that message.

• We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider, Flitt (TPAY LLC), and are never sent to our servers.
• We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles of visitors.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anybody.

• To prepare, confirm, and deliver your order, which is how we perform our contract with you.
• To contact you about that order, including confirming a delivery time.
• To handle returns, refunds, and any complaint or warranty question.
• To keep the accounting and tax records that Georgian law requires us to keep.

We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

We share the minimum necessary with the people who help us complete your order:

• Our payment provider, Flitt (TPAY LLC), which processes your card payment and confirms to us whether it succeeded.
• The courier that delivers your order, which receives your name, address, and phone number so it can reach you.
• Our accountant and, where we are legally obliged to respond, public authorities.

Order records are stored in our own database on a private server in Europe. Access is limited to the people who run the shop, and the administration area is protected by authentication.

Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser storage on your device until you check out or clear it. It is not sent to us until you place an order.

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy the accounting, tax, and consumer protection periods required by Georgian law. After that we delete them or reduce them to anonymous statistics.

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose, such as marketing.
