This website is operated by შპს ბლინგ ჯეველს (LLC Bling Jewels), a company registered in Georgia under identification number 404705921. Throughout these terms we refer to ourselves as Bling Jewels, we, or us, and to you as the customer.

Adding an item to your cart is not a purchase. A contract between you and Bling Jewels is formed only once you complete checkout and your payment is authorised. We will confirm your order and its number on screen, and we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery details.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if the price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery or payment details you provided. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

• All prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and added to your total before you pay.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Flitt (TPAY LLC). Your full card number is entered on the payment provider page and is never stored on our servers.
• We may update prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.

Our pieces are handmade and hand finished. Small differences in polish, stone tone, and grain are a normal characteristic of handcrafted jewelry and are not defects. Product photography is intended to represent each piece accurately, though colours can vary slightly between screens.

Delivery terms, charges, and the free delivery threshold are set out in full on our delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to you or to a person you nominate at the delivery address.

If you are buying as a consumer, Georgian law gives you the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions set out in law. How to do this, and the limited cases where the right does not apply, are explained in our returns and refunds policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of faulty goods.

We handle the personal data you give us in line with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

The Bling Jewels name, our designs, product photography, and the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to chemicals or perfume, or repairs and alterations carried out by anyone other than us.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can put it right. Consumers in Georgia may also raise a complaint with the Georgian National Competition Agency, which enforces consumer protection law.

We may update these terms as our business changes. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
